2004 - Present

Bodywork

I began my career in bodywork as a Massage Therapist specializing in Zen Shiatsu. I later moved into Craniosacral Therapy. Currently I practice only Cranial Osteopathy.

2000 - 2018

Yoga Instructor

I began my career as hot yoga instructor studying the Bishnu Ghosh lineage. I later also studied Ashtanga Vinyasa while practicing and studying the Tirumalai Krishnamacharya lineage. Currently I coach yoga asana as therapeutic yoga.

2004 - 2018

Wellness Center owner

I built the first yoga studio and wellness center on Martha's Vineyard in 2003. In 2012 I sold that space and designed the island's first smaller boutique yoga studio. I closed that space in 2018 to focus on my private practice. Since then many studios have followed that trend.
